Delivery across the European Union

Eligible destinations

Shipments are accepted only to institutional addresses across Europe — every EU member state, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the European microstates (Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City). Residential addresses, PO boxes and destinations outside this list are not offered.

Institutional address requirement

The shipping address must be the registered laboratory, department or office of the approved institution. It must match the institution recorded in the buyer's account. Requests to ship to a home address, to a third-party forwarder or to a personal locker are refused.

Delivery timeframe

Standard dispatch: 3–5 business days after invoice is marked paid. Delivery time within the EU typically adds one to three business days depending on destination. Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Packaging and temperature

Substances are shipped in sealed primary containers, in outer packaging protected from light and mechanical shock. Where a substance requires temperature control, it is shipped in insulated packaging with temperature-logging indicators. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet for handling on receipt.

Tracking

Every shipment carries a tracking number. The buyer's institutional email receives the tracking reference once the carrier collects the package.

Shipping cost

A flat rate of €50 applies to all destinations across Europe. Orders of €500 or more ship without shipping fee. Temperature-controlled shipments for thermosensitive substances are included at no additional cost.

Customs and VAT

All listed destinations are within the EU customs union; no customs duty applies. EU VAT is applied at the rate of the destination member state unless a valid EU VAT number is supplied, in which case reverse-charge rules apply.

Delivery on receipt

On receipt, the buyer must inspect the outer packaging for damage, record any anomalies on the carrier's proof of delivery, and notify support@endopep.com within 48 hours of any damage, tampering or missing items.
