Return and refund policy

Return window

Unopened and undamaged shipments may be returned within 14 days of delivery. This aligns with the time-limit set in Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU for consumer sales; endopep voluntarily applies the same window to its institutional supply.

Condition requirements

Returned substances must be in the original sealed primary packaging with the lot label, lot number and tamper-evident seal intact. Substances whose primary packaging has been unsealed cannot be accepted for return due to the nature of reference-standard reagents.

Process

To initiate a return, write to returns@endopep.com with the order number, the substance, the lot number and the reason for return. The return address and return shipping instructions are issued on approval, within one business day, and are specific to the substance and the fulfilment centre that shipped it. Returns shipped without prior approval — including returns shipped to the registered office of AB.G.PERSSON LTD — are refused at the sender's cost.

Refund timeline

Refunds are processed within five business days of receiving and inspecting the returned shipment. Refunds are credited to the original paying institution via the original payment method.

Damaged or tampered shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, tampered or outside the documented temperature range, write to support@endopep.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence and the temperature-logger reading where applicable. Replacement or credit is issued at no additional cost.

Disposal

Substances that are refused or that cannot be returned must be disposed of by the buyer in accordance with local chemical-waste requirements, using the disposal section of the Safety Data Sheet as guidance.
