Ipamorelin
Ipamorelin (selective GH secretagogue)
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide first described by Novo Nordisk researchers in the late 1990s, notable for being one of the most selective growth hormone secretagogues identified. It mimics the hunger-and-growth hormone ghrelin to prompt growth-hormone release, but does so without the appetite and stress-hormone effects seen with earlier compounds. In research it is valued precisely for that selectivity.
